MOPI Merger Complete

Welcome to all our new members from the former Staff of MOPI Credit Union! On the 24th January 2017, the merger of Dubco Credit Union and Staff of MOPI Credit Union was completed. This was following approval by our members at our AGM on Thursday 24th November 2016. We hope that these new members will find Dubco as helpful as our existing members do.

Secured Fixed Interest Loan Rate Reduction!

Having listened to our members, We’ve decided to reduce the rates on our 2 secured fixed interest loan products! That means a saving for our members on these 2 loans!

The new rates are:
Fixed 10 – Secured Lending with repayment terms up to 10 years is now 3.97% (4.04% APR)
Fixed 15 – Secured Lending with repayment terms up to 15 years is now 4.47% (4.56% APR)

As you are already aware, the product is ideal for you if you’re concerned with interest rates possibly increasing in the future or if you want certainty with regard to the future loan repayments on your home.

Easter Holidays – Office Closure Notice

The office will close on Thursday the 24th of March 2016 at 4:30pm and will reopen on Wednesday the 30th of March 2016 at 10:00am. The Board of Directors, members of the Board Oversight Committee, Management and Staff of Dubco wish all our members and their families a happy Easter.

Dubco Annual Charities

Once again in 2016 a special fund for distribution to Irish charities was approved by the Dubco Board of Directors. This year we invited members to give us their suggestions for recipients of the €8,000 fund. Thanks to everyone who got involved and let us know their thoughts.

The following charities were each granted €1,000 this year under the scheme; Aware, Barnardos, Irish Society for Autism, Laura Lynn, Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Peter McVerry Trust, Pieta House and St Francis Hospice. We look forward to sharing updates from all of our Annual Charities throughout the year and encourage our members to get involved in raising more funds for such worthy causes!

eStatement Issue

Unfortunately we are experiencing some difficulties at the moment, with members unable to view their statements online. Our IT providers are currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Photo ID, Address & PPS Documents

In line with regulatory requirements we are required to have up to date photographic and address information for all members. From 1st February 2016 no loan can be issued unless these details are up to date.

Dubco 2014 Annual Charity Fund

The Dubco Board of Directors approved funds of €8,000 for distribution to Irish charities in 2014. We invited member suggestions for recipients by engaging with us on Facebook and Twitter!

Eight charities were granted funds this year under the scheme. We look forward to sharing updates
from all of our Annual Charities throughout the year and encourage our members to get involved in raising more funds for such worthy causes!
